Clean Water Fund and Clean Water Action will be hiring a full-time or part-time campaign organizer for the Diesel Pollution Solution campaign. This organizer will organize community and constituency group support for local, state, and federal action to clean-up polluting diesel vehicles.

For 36 years Clean Water Action has succeeded in winning some of the nation's most important environmental protections through grassroots organizing, expert policy research and political advocacy focused on holding elected officials accountable to the public.

Clean Water Action is looking for enthusiastic students or recent graduates who are willing to work hard advancing the goals of Clean Water Action in restoring the health of the Chesapeake Bay and the Anacostia River, engaging communities and building grassroots support.

Clean Water Fund provides research, education, organizing, and technical assistance to strengthen grassroots environmental efforts around the country, promoting the public interest on issues related to water, natural resources, health, and a healthy economy. Clean Water Action and Clean Water Fund work together on selected campaigns and programs.

Clean Water Action's California Internship Program offers talented undergraduates, graduates, and beginning professionals hands-on work experience and specialized training in the fields of toxic substances control, waste reduction, climate change, water conservation, marketing and communications, and non-profit development and fundraising. Interns will work under the guidance of our professional staff and will have the chance to contribute directly to meaningful and exciting projects, learn new skills, and gain valuable experience working for a well-respected and growing non-profit.
