It is officially budget season in New Jersey. A balanced budget must be passed by the legislature and signed into law by Governor Murphy before July 1st. Negotiations are underway on how New Jersey plans to spend a projected $53 billion in the 2024 budget.
There is much that New Jersey must do to prioritize investments that will grow the economy, reduce climate emissions, and clean-up air pollution, all while supporting middle and low income families. It's important that NJ leaders hear from you today.
