Grace Lee is a prominent figure in the fields of sustainability and circular economy, with over 20 years of experience as a career environmentalist. She’s the inagural National ReThink Disposable Director for Clean Water Fund, partnering with ReThink teams in California, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

As the National Director of ReThink Disposable, Grace Lee has been instrumental in driving the adoption of circular economy principles and practices across the food service sector, including local, family owned restaurants to music venues and school districts. She has played a crucial role in driving behavioral change and encouraging individuals and organizations to embrace reuse as the norm.

Grace lives in Los Angeles with her partner Trent, daughter Cora Lee, two cats named after flutes, and one rambunctious dog named Spots.
