Recently a federal district judge ruled in favor of the corporation, Entergy, and struck down Vermont state law, effectively stripping state legislators and citizens of the right to shut down the Vermont Yankee nuclear reactor. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. We have the right to a clean, healthy future! On March 24th, communities across the country are standing together in solidarity with the people of Vermont to let this dirty, polluting industry know that WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED! Make your voice heard!

• What: Come hear from environmental advocates demonstrating the disappointment with the re-licensing of Vermont Yankee Nuclear Reactor amongst public and legislative discretion. This is a national effort in accordance with Beyond Nuclear, a public watchdog. The New Jersey Environmental Federation will be hosting this local demonstration.
