Job Description: Manage and motivate a Clean Water Action office of canvassers and leaders and oversee election campaigns. Train teams of fundraising grassroots organizers, administer a budget and recruit and build an office as we face our most critical political and legislative battles ever.
Qualifications: Experience as a fundraising field or phone canvass director. Demonstrated leadership, organizing, communication and management skills a must.
Starting Pay: $33,000 plus excellent benefits, paid training, travel opportunities. Canvass Directors can expect to earn $33,000 to $40,000 first year, depending on responsibilities and performance.
Responsibilities: Hiring motivated activists to manage fundraising teams, train canvassers, identify voters and volunteers, and engage citizens in grassroots lobbying. Training available in organizational and campaign management.
Qualifications: Grassroots experience in the above responsibilities, fundraising preferred. Strong communication skills and motivation a must. Staff may relocate: first to a training center, then to a longer-term assignment location.
Starting Pay: $26,000 - $30,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. Field Managers can expect to earn $26,000 to $30,000 first year, depending on responsibilities and performance.
