Thanks to the support of Clean Water Action New Jersey members, we had over 50 legislators sign on to co-sponsor the Safe Playing Fields Act (S541/A2143).
Unfortunately, despite these co-sponsors and the support of parents throughout the state, the vote on this bill continues to be delayed. We need to send NJ legislators the message that ignoring children's health is unacceptable. Urge your legislators to pass the bill now.
