Stand Up for New Jersey!

njefconfphoto2013

Thank you to everyone who came out for NJEF's 27th annual conference, Stand Up for New Jersey: Fighting for Clean Water, Air & Communities. We met so many amazing activists and individuals who are making a big impact for clean water, air & land in their own communities. From everyone at NJEF, thank you for STANDING UP for New Jersey!

The day featured gubernatorial candidate and State Senator Barbara Buono, dozens of environmental speakers, vendors, workshops, and awards. The Bus for Progress Sustainability Tour of Georgian Court University was a big hit for the day - participants were able to tour the GCU campus by bus to see their green roofs, storm water collection and filtration systems, solar arrays, energy conservation retrofits, recycling programs that are moving towards "zero waste", Gold LEED building, and more.
