Field Manager

Responsibilities: Hiring motivated activists to manage fundraising teams, train canvassers, identify voters and volunteers, and engage citizens in grassroots lobbying. Training available in organizational and campaign management.

Qualifications: Grassroots experience in the above responsibilities, fundraising preferred. Strong communication skills and motivation a must. Staff may relocate: first to a training center, then to a longer-term assignment location.

Starting Pay: $19,000 - $22,000, depending on experience, plus benefits. Field Managers can expect to earn $22,000 to $28,000 first year, depending on responsibilities and performance.
