This week the DEP formally proposed rules that would pull New Jersey
from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initative (RGGI). RGGI is compact
among northeast states that reduces carbon pollution while generating

Thanks to the support of Clean Water Action New Jersey members, we had over 50 legislators sign on to co-sponsor the Safe Playing Fields Act (S541/A2143) this year.
